Refund policy

As an artist it is important to me that you are happy with your purchase(s) from Or's Originals! Being able to create jewelry and sell them to others is a dream come true. That being said, it’s important to me that you are happy with your order, and offer the opportunity to return the product if you aren't satisfied. 

I have a 7-day return policy (minus shipping) on all products. Simply contact me to notify me of your decision, and I will let you know where to send your return.

**In your message please include a note with the reason for your return, your name, address, email, and best way to contact you. I will process your refund as soon as I have received and inspected your product. The product must be in the same condition that you received it.**

**If you wish to "cancel" a recently placed order, please let me know immediately, and I will happily stop your order as long as it has not yet shipped.**

**Please note that custom rings will NOT qualify for a refund, since the ring was made specifically for you.**
